Mechel to pay out only preferred dividends for 2014 at 6.939 mln roubles

The shareholders of OJSC “Mechel” decided to pay out only preferred dividends for 2014 at 6.939 mln roubles (0.5 roubles per a paper) during the annual general meeting.
The dividends will be paid out at the expense of undistributed profit of prior years. The rest of the undistributed profit makes up 67.323 million roubles.
