Ukrainian Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry develops draft law on de-monopolization of coal market

The Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of the Ukraine has completed work on the draft law "On the market of coal production".

As it noted, the purpose of the new law is to establish the rules of the trade on the market of coal production in conditions of phased privatization of the energy sector, creation of a transparent coal market with equal business conditions for all economic entities, including state-owned enterprises.
