Kerimov’s company offers $5.4 billion for shares of Polyus Gold

Sacturino Ltd, a subsidiary of Wandle Holdings and controlled by son of billionaire Suleiman Kerimov Said Kerimov, has made an offer to purchase shares of the gold company Polyus Gold, the company reports.
The proposal is set at the price of $2.97 per share, as it was expected earlier. Thus, the entire company was valued at $9 billion, and shares that don’t belong to Wandle – at $5.4 billion.
