In January – July, Zaporozhstal increased the production of rolled steel by 3.3% to 1.863 million tons, and raw steel by 1.3% to 2.208 million tons.
In July, Zaporozhstal increased production of rolled steel by 9.5% to 282,900 tons, and raw steel by 7.7% to 341,600 tons, cast iron by 7.6% to 286,800 tons, thin sections to 76,000 tons.
In 2012, Zaporozhstal increased production of cast iron by 5.1% to 3.194 million tons, and decreased steel smelting by 0.7% to 3.785 million tons, and rolled steel dispatch also by 0.7% to 3.149 million tons.
