Chinese companies show interest towards ALROSA

Chinese companies are interested in an acquisition of Russian state assets, such as ALROSA, as the Russian Government is about to privatize some of the largest public companies, TASS reports.
“In general, they are interested,” Russian news agency reports citing deputy Prime Minister of Russia A.Dvorkovich on the Asian Forum in Hainan. At the same time he noted it is too early to speak on “definite companies”.
