"South Stream" seems to be making its way onto the land. The Bulgarian authorities are planning to resume the talks on the gas pipeline. What will be the answer of the European Union, which had previously found the construction illegal?
"South Stream" can still be built. At least Bulgaria is ready to resume negotiations, as the Russian Ministry of Energy officially reports. According to Deputy Minister Yuriy Sentyurin agencies received such information.
