Uzakbai Suleimanovich, in September, the Government of Kazakhstan approved the Concept of natural resources effective management and use of proceeds from the materials sector, which was submitted by your Ministry. Tell us the main point and priorities, defined by this document for the further development of the industry.

The concept was prepared by our Ministry in cooperation with a number of other Ministries and concerned organizations. As a result, we have presented a modern and conceptual vision of natural resources control, especially of hydrocarbons and solid minerals.

The concept envisages that the state should be a basic element of the natural resources use, which have been and still remain the foundation of social and economic transformations. The efficient of the resources use should be based on complex approaches and balance of interests of the industry and the state in general.

Besides, the operation of a number of material industries is global, and this dictates the necessity of a balanced account of external and internal factors.
