Metalloinvest denied the information of a possible participation of its owner, A. Usmanov, in Rosneft’s privatization.
This information is false. Last week Znak.com reported referring to an anonymous source of a possible participation of A. Usmanov in the privatization of Rosneft.
“Ruda Khakasii” has addressed FAS asking to check the price policy of the only buyer of its products - EvrazHolding.
In 2013 Evraz got rid of its loss making assets in Khakasiya having sold them to the newly founded “Ruda Khakasii” Ltd. Now this enterprise controls the assets of a number of mines and energy companies of Khakasiya and Kuzbass. In September 2014 the workers opposed the coming firing of personnel which was called the “optimization of technological and business processes”. The production at the mines of Khakasiya was stopped in the first part of May and from June 1. The company says the shutdown is explained by the price for concentrate offered by Evraz for June – it is lower than the real expenditure for production.
The Cabinet has authorized the Ministry of Justice to purchase legal services to protect the rights and interests of the Ukraine in the cases on law suits of companies Black Iron Inc, JKX Oil & Gas Pls, SI Group Consort Ltd and CPI Investment Fund Ltd.
According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers №483-p dated May 18, the services will be procured using the negotiating procedure.
On the whole, 17 lawsuits are listed in the decree, in 14 of which the Ukraine is a defendant.
Similar orders of selection of legal companies the Cabinet announced before, but claims of Black Iron Inc, JKX Oil & Gas Pls and SI Group Consort LTD didn’t appear in them.
Index of industrial production physical volume has made up 100.6%, the Statistics Committee reports.
"In January-March 2015, the production of gasoline decreased by 5.4% as compared to the same period in 2014, which made up 0.7 million tons,” – the statement says.
The RF Ministry of Industry and Trade completed the list of process equipment, analogues of which are not produced in Russia and the import of which is not subject to value added tax. The new list was approved by Decree №329 of the Russian government on April 9, 2015.

In March 2015, Ukrainian metallurgical companies plan to produce 1.9 million tons of steel. This is the forecast of Metallurgprom. At the same time, the production of cast iron will be about 1.7 million tons, and rolled metal - 1.7 million tons.
As it was previously reported, in February Metallurgprom predicted the level of the iron production about 1.6 million tons, steel - 1.7 million tons and rolled metal - 1.5 million tons.
According to a brief analysis of the mining and metallurgical enterprises operation in January 2015, the production of major products made up:
cast iron - 1720 thousand tons (average daily production was 55.5 thousand tons);
steel - 1874 thousand tons (60.5 thousand tons);
rolled metal - 1717 thousand tons (55.4 thousand tons).
In comparison with December, the production of cast iron decreased by 3% and steel - by 2%. The tolled metal shipping increased by 3%.
As compared with January last year, the level of production decreased by 25%.
Volume index of the industrial production amounted to 100.1%. In January-November 2014 compared to the same period in 2013 the production of natural gas and non-ferrous metals increased, The Federal Office of Statistics reports.
73.7 million tons of oil including gas condensate were produced, this amounts to 98.7% of the corresponding period last year. Also the decrease in the production of gas oils – diesel fuel – was registered – 4.6 million tons (99.1% to the data of 2013).

Rosneft has signed a partnership agreement in the field of petroleum products supply with Metalloinvest, SUEK, OMZ and UES FGC, the company reports.
The press release notes that the documents provide for joint research activity of the companies in the development, production and implementation of high-tech lubricants and petroleum products. In addition, it is expected to hold a joint audit of products, aimed at maximizing the efficiency of the use and production of a new line of oil products.
