Standard Urals is not enough for "Summa" Group.

Oil producers are being persuaded to load terminal in Rotterdam.
On Thursday at a meeting with Vladimir Putin the future of the project of the new oil terminal in the port of Rotterdam will be discussed, which Ziyavudin Magomedov’s "Summa" Group is building. At current oil prices the further development of the project depends on whether the authorities and the oil companies continue attempts to create a standard oil-based Russian brand Urals. But oil companies are not willing to change the existing arrangements with traders so as to ensure load of the terminal, and compelling them to do so, the RF Minister of Energy Aleksandr Novak states, is unlikely to succeed.
