On January 20, the daily oil and gas condensate output was 1.4516 million tons in Russia, the Central Dispatcher Department of Fuel and Energy Sector reports. Production was 561,200 tons in Rosneft, 236,900 tons in Lukoil, 167,800 tons in Surgutneftegaz, 137,500 tons in Gazprom Neft, 72,400 tons in Tatneft, 45,200 tons in Bashneft, 59,400 tons in Gazprom and 23,500 tons in Russneft.

In 2014, Kazakhstan is going to extract 83 million tons of oil and 41 billion cubic m of gas, and refine 14.7 million tons of oil, mass-media report after the meeting of the President of Kazakhstan, N. Nazarbayev with the Minister of Oil and Gas, U. Karabalin.
Last year, raw oil production was 81.8 million tons, by 3.2% more than in 2012.  Gas production was 42.3 billion cubic m, and oil refining was 14.4 million tons.

Tatneft is going to increase oil refining at TANEKO to 9 million tons annually

Tatneft is going to increase oil refining at TANEKO to 9 million tons annually, the CEO of the company, N. Maganov says. Tatneft works over enlargement of supplies with Transneft. Mr. Maganov says that the task is not easy because Transneft has own plans and technical abilities. They should make some efforts and allocate investment into the attraction of refining.
Now TANEKO annually refines 8 million tons. Initially they planned to refine 7 million tons a year but the regional administration decided to enlarge refining to 14 million tons.

In 2014, Tatneft to increase oil production by 0.2%

In 2014, Tatneft is going to increase oil production by 0.2% to  26.172 million tons, the CEO of the company N. Maganov says. Last year production was 26.107 million tons of oil (+0.4% or + 36 million tons). In future, the company is going to provide enlargement in reserves because of the introduction of the new technologies including those aimed an in enlargement in layers’ oil productivity, because of the further development of bitumen (super-viscous oil), and perspective shale oil development. This year the company is going to extract outside Tatarstan 312 thousand  tons of oil, the same as in 2013. The main task of the company for the coming years is stabilization of oil production in the republic and enlargement in operation outside the region. The strategy is not going to be changed now. Tatneft has received no offers to merge with other oil companies and does not discuss the point..

On January 19, the daily gas output was 2.2175 billion cubic m in Russia,  the Central Dispatch Department of the Fuel and Energy Sector reports. Gas production was 1,561.2 million cubic m in Gazprom, 182.4 million cubic m in Novatek, 261.3 million cubic m in oil companies and 47.9 million cubic m in other companies.

On January 22, Rosneft will discuss Itera’s transactions

On January 22, Rosneft Board of Directors will define the company’s stand on execution of transactions costing within $ 50-500 million by Itera OGC. The agenda also includes discussion of the measures aimed to broadening of access of the minor and medium companies to purchases of the holding.
In July 2013, Rosneft completed the process of acquisition of Itera oil and gas company (OGC). It began in 2012 from the purchase of 49% from Itera Holdings Ltd for $2.9 billion. Rosneft closed the transaction for purchase of 51% in the company in August 2012.

In Q4, RusPetro reduced production by 6%

In Q4, RusPetro Plc. reduced production by 6% to 4,010 barrels of oil a day. Operational cash flow increased at the expense of recently introduced tax benefits applied to 80% of production since September 1 2013. .
RusPetro Plc. is an independent oil and gas producer operating in Western Siberian. It was founded in 2007. It held IPO at LSE in 2012.

The start of oil production at the Bazhenovsky suite will add up to 80 million tons to common Russian yield, the Minister of Energy A. Novak says. He gives no comments about the dates. The academician, A. Dritriyevsky says that the field is extremely large. Earlier Mr. Novak told that Russia executes shale gas production at full tilt. In particular, Surgutneftegaz extracts 500,000 tons of shale oil from the suite. Gazprom also works over shale oil extraction.
