Total is seeking the funding for the "Yamal LNG" project.

The Total Group and its partners on the "Yamal LNG" project will complete the search for means to finance it by March 2015, CFO Total Patrick de la Shevarder stated, The Wall Street Journal reports.
According to the top manager of the French group, the negotiations with the Russian and Chinese lenders, as well as with European export credit agencies are underway.
De la Shevarder stated that the sanctions imposed on Russia led to the delays in the financing of the "Yamal LNG" project. He added that, despite this, the work on its implementation continues.
