Gazprom is deprived of monopoly to export LNG

The Head of the Energy Ministry Alexander Novak stated at the briefing by results of the Cabinet session that the Ministry wouldn’t coordinate construction of LNG plants and direction of liquefied natural gas export, when law of its liberalization is adopted.
