Lukoil to sell its Ukrainian subsidiary to the Austrians

Lukoil and the Austrian company AMIC Energy Management GmbH (AMIC) have reached an agreement in principle for sale of 100% stake of Lukoil-Ukraina, the press centre of the Russian company reports.
Ukrainian subsidiary of Lukoil owns about 240 filling stations and 6 tank farms in the country. As Lukoil noted, the negotiations were initiated by the Austrian side, which expressed interest in acquiring the assets.
