All mini-refineries may be closed down in the Ukraine before the end of the year

In the last six months, the authority will try to assume a package of measures, aimed at liquidation of mini-refineries, at the legislative level, the Director of the analytical group Da Vinci AG Anatoly Baronin predicts. According to him, if the Government is able to stop activities of illegal mini-refineries, the Ukrainian oil-producing industry will increase the production of oil and gas condensate by 10-15% with appropriate payment of all taxes and charges.
