Sibur and Sinopec to create a joint venture

The Federal Antimonopoly Service has granted the request of Sibur-Sinopec Rubber Holding Company Ltd, registered in Cyprus, on purchase of 100% of the voting shares of the Krasnoyarsk Chemical Rubber plant (KZSC), the Service reported at its site.
