Rosneft to be interested in new licenses along ESPO

The Ministry of Natural Resources has started to work with Rosneft on possible receiving of new licenses along the ESPO oil pipeline route by the oil company, the Russian Minister of Natural Resources Sergei Donskoy reported on the fringes of the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of Governments.
