The RF authorities claim that Rosneft must develop Arctic shelf without any foreign partners in the future, deputy Head of the National Energy Safety Fund Aleksey Grivach reported.
The expert added, this claim is also laid upon the two licenses for Albanovsky and Varneksky sectors in the Barents Sea.
