Oil spill has happened in Komi

The Governmental commission for investigation of the circumstances and the reasons of oil-containing liquid spill in Komi has been founded. It happened at the river of Kolva in the Usinsky district. The commission is headed by the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Protection of Komi Y. Lisin. They placed the first slick bars on May 24-25, and now they have been placed at all areas of the spill. They cooperate in damage-control Lukoil-Komi, RN-Northern Oil, and Northern Transporting Pipelines.
