Gazprom completes transaction on the acquisition of Kamchatgazprom

Gazprom has completed the transaction on acquisition of Kamchatgazprom, the gas company’s press center reports.

“92.25% of shares of Kamchatgazprom were transferred to the Gazprom’s personal account in the register of this company’s stockholders; earlier they belonged to Rosneftegaz,” – the report says.
