Power Machines has produced a water generator for Ust-Srednekansky hydro power plant

​Power Machines has produced and shipped the water generator for the 3rd water unit of the Ust-Srednekansky water power plant which is under construction.

After the production and testing the water generator was shipped by railroad to the port of Vladivostok.

The agreement for the supply and shipment of water equipment for the 3rd water unit of the Ust-Srednekansky water power plant was signed by Power Machines and RusHydro in 2014. In conformity with its conditions Power Machines will ship the water turbine with the capacity of 142.5 mW to the Ust-Srednekansky water power plant, generator with the excitation system, system of automated control over the water unit. It is planned to complete the shipment of the entire volume of equipment by the end of 2016, put the water unit into operation at the Ust-Srednekansky water power plant – in 2018.

Currently the assembly of back parts of the water unit #3 is held.

2 water units -#1 and 2 – are being operated in the structure of the Ust-Srednekansky water power plant produced and shipped by Power Machines in early 2000s.
