Diesel fuel supply to Ukraine is down by third

The total volume of diesel fuel production and import to Ukraine is down 33.5% within the period from March 1-26th against the same period last year and made up 282 thousand tons.  OilNews reported to “Consulting group A-95”.

Gasoline production and supply made up 179.7 thousand tons (-7.1%).

There was produced and imported 953.7 thousand tons of diesel fuel in Ukraine in January 1 – March 26th (-18.4% y-o-y). Gasoline supply made up 608.6 thousand tons (-21.5% against 2013).

“The reduction of accumulative balance in 2014 made up 200 thousand tons. But there is reason to expect the reduction of consumption in March and April due to the price boom. It can depreciate the running short of a product facing an active phase of consumption,” the director of “Consulting Group A-95” A.Kuyun says.
