Stroytransgaz’s Board of Directors to choose the Management of the company

The Stroytransgaz’s Board of Directors will determine the numerical composition and choose the Management of the company at the meeting on Friday, the company reported.

The decision to hold the meeting of the Board was made by its Chairman on November 22.

In June, the Stroytransgaz’s Board of Directors chose a new composition of the Management, increased it by 1 person. Later, in the end of August, the Board decided to annul the agreement ahead of time and stop the power of the company’s President Sergei Makarov, and also chose Vadim Gurinov, who headed Russkoye more-dobycha previously, the President, the RIA Novosti reports.

At present, the composition of the Management includes 9 members: the ex-President of the company Sergei Makarov, Deputy CEO and Chief of the Department “Finances and Economy” Alexander Vasiliev, the former Senior Vice President of the company Alexander Kapnik, the Senior Vice President and Chief of the Department “Common issues” Alexander Krylov, the former Senior Vice President Vsevolod Kusov, the Senior Vice President and Chief of the Department “Energy construction” Rustam Aksenenko, the Chief Accountant Tatyana Mnatsakanova, the First Vice President and Chief of the Department “Development of provision of business” Timothy Khryapov and Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development Alexander Yakovlev.

The meeting agenda also includes the issue of the implementation of the Board of Directors’ decisions and the Stroytransgaz’s results for the first nine months.

As it was reported, for the first 9 months of the current year Stroytransgaz increased its net profit under RAS 4.6 times as compared to the same period of the last year to 979.621 million rubles. At the same time, in January-September, its proceeds decreased by 34% to 18.296 billion rubles.
