"Gazprom" to establish a gas reserve of 73 billion cubic meters for heating season in the Russian Federation, Armenia and Belarus.

By the beginning of the heating season of 2015-2016 the operational gas reserves of "Gazprom" will reach 73.209 billion cubic meters in underground gas storage facilities (UGS) located on the territory of Russia, Armenia and Belarus, the statement informs.

"Work is being completed to fill the UGS with gas selected in the last autumn-winter season and to establish an operational reserve of gas in the Russian underground gas storages in the amount of 72.018 billion cubic meters. Including the UGS located in the territory of Armenia and Belarus, the operational reserve of gas of "Gazprom" reached 73.209 billion cubic meters", - the company informs.

In addition, "Gazprom" has created gas reserves in European UGS in the amount of 4.6 billion cubic meters, at the Inčukalns UGS in Latvia - in the amount of 1.6 billion cubic meters.
