Stabilization reserve of oil products to be created in Kazakhstan

The Kazakhstan's Ministry of Energy, along with three major networks of petrol stations, currently creates a stabilization reserve of oil products, chief expert of the Department of Petroleum Industry of the Energy Ministry Nurbek Amangeldyuly recently reported.
