Rosneft is not going to search for a new partner if Exxon fully leaves the Kars project, the chief of Rosneft I. Sechin claims.
Exxon, being Rosneft’s partner at the Eastern-Prinovozemelsky-1 site in the Kara Sea froze its participation in the project sue to the American sanctions.
They discovered 128 million tons of oil at the Universitetskaya-1 structure. In the end of 2014, Rosneft is going to set them to balance in the State reserves commission. The discovered field was called Pobeda.
