Rosneft spends 191 billion rubles for Itera consolidation

Rosneft has bought 49% of Itera for 191 billion rubles, the oil company reports.
The report says that on July 2 Rosneft purchased 49% of Itera. As a result, the state-owned company’s share in Itera’s capital made up 100%.
