Rosneft and PetroVietnam intend to create a joint venture on development of the Pechora Sea’s shelf

Rosneft has come to an agreement with PetroVietnam in cooperation on the Pechora Sea’s shelf, a source, who is close to negotiations, reported to the ITAR-TASS. According to him, in the current week the negotiations of leaders of Rosneft and PetroVietnam took place in Moscow and during them the parties reached preliminary agreement on cooperation.
