SIBUR may receive $1.75 billion for the project “Zapsibneftekhim-2” from the Welfare Fund.
“We can receive $1.75 billion from the Welfare Fund within the frame of the quota of the Russian Private Equity Fund. An additional tranche will be granted by RDIF, international investors and commercial banks,” runs the companies statement.
