Russia will suggest to Mexica environmentally friendly oil and gas production technologies

Russia will suggest to Mexica environmentally friendly oil and gas production technologies with minimal harm to the environment, the director of the department of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology, D. Belanovich said on September 29th.

The recommendation is to use the technologies alternative to fracking (layer hydraulic fracturing) used in the different state. Russia uses multiple technologies but any of them should pass through the expertise performed by the specialists of the governmental level before the practical use.

Mr. Belanovich says that fracking is a technology causing much damage to the environment. He says that if the Ministry of Environment of Mexica appeal to them, they would be glad to share with their experience in the sphere. In particular, these are different technologies connected with well drilling and use of the side materials extracted when drilling for road construction.
