Rosneft forecasts oil extraction fall on the results of 2014

Rosneft forecasts a slight fall of oil extraction on the results of 2014, Rosneft’s head, I. Sechin said on September 29th.
According to him, the reduction of oil extraction will be balanced by gas extraction.
I. Sechin said that the fall is connected with the negotiations with contractors.
“We decided not to raise the price for services and to cut the extraction but show better efficiency”, he said.
Rosneft’s head said it will be balanced in 2015.
