The Austrian MFA Head about the possibility of the EU sanctions against Russia countermand.

Today the Committee of Permanent Representatives of the EU countries considers the report of the EU foreign ministers on the situation in the Ukraine and implementation of the Minsk arrangements for the settlement of the conflict in the Donbass. Depending on what conclusions the diplomats come to, the EU can uphold or start to soften the sanctions against Russia. Any country of the EU can block a decision to ease the sanctions. Sebastian Kurtz, the head of the Austrian MFA, which, until recently, was quite loyal to Russia, told "the Kommersant" reporter Elena Chernenko what Moscow could count on.
