On Saturday "Rosneft" reported the discovery of the first exploration well on the Kara Sea shelf with significant oil and gas reserves - more than 100 million tons of oil and 338 billion cubic meters of gas. The exploration work in the field, called Pobeda (Victory – ed.) confirmed that the great potential of the production and further development of the Arctic shelf will heavily depend on sanctions.
