Shareholders of Lukoil to discuss the dividends for the first half of the year

On September 30 the shareholders of Lukoil Plc. are going to decide on interim dividends for the first half of the year. The Board of Directors recommended paying 50 RUR per share, the company reports.
The record date is August 15, the dividends must be paid by October 31. On December 18, 2012 the shareholders of Lukoil decided to pay the first interim dividends for the first half of 2012 at the amount of 40 RUR per share. Thus, this year the dividends can increase by 25%.
