Scrap-metal deficiency has started in the Ukraine

The Ukrainian metal producers have started ferrous scrap metal purchase from the Russian and Kazakh metal producers. The Ministry of Incomes and Fees of the Ukraine reports that in January – August ferrous scrap metal imports increased by 30% to $52.9 million.
