Odessa refinery to receive the first shipment of oil in the middle of September

The Odessa refinery (a part of VETEK) will receive the first tanker with oil in the middle of September, the Director of the Odessa regional state administration’s Department of Economic Development and Trade, Oleg Muratov stated.
