Why do you leave us? Roman Abramovich to sell his Sverdlovsk assets

The Evraz holding company of Roman Abramovich, Alexander Abramov and Alexander Frolov is negotiating on sale of Evraz Vysokogorsky ore mining and processing enterprise (VGOK), Kommersant writes, referring to its own sources.

According to them, the Chelyabinsk holding company Ural may buy the enterprise. The edition didn’t manage to receive comments from the possible parties to the deal. A source, who is close to Evraz, confirmed the Ural’s interest in the asset, but noted that it is just a question of cooperation in the mining and processing of ore. The Federal Antimonopoly Service reported that it didn’t receive an application on VGOK purchase.
