Yesterday, the oil company Tethys Petroleum published review of its operating activity in Kazakhstan. The company reported that it planned to start the drilling of wells AKD08 and AKD09, located at the Doris field.
As the Holyk Finance reports, according to independent study of Gustavson & Associates, the total recoverable resources of Cretaceous and Upper Jurassic cross-sections in the well AKD08 are estimated at 22 million barrels of oil equivalent. The independent assessment of resources of the Triassic cross-section is unknown.
