In September, KMG E&P to hold extraordinary shareholders meeting

Kazmunai Gas Exploration & Production (KMG E&P) has announced about the setting up of an extraordinary shareholders meeting for September 3rd 2013. The agenda includes election of the members of the Board of Directors for the company.
In July, KMG E&P reported about early cessation of the authority of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, L. Kiinov, who left the post of the chief of Kazmunai Gas National Holding, and election of D. Berlibayev as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, who is the First Deputy Chairman of Management Board for Corporate Development of Kazmunai Gas.
