In H1, Rosneft’s capital costs increased by 2.1% to 248 billion rubles

In the first six months of 2013, capital costs of the Russian oil company Rosneft made up 248 billion rubles that is by 2.1% more than in the same period of the last year, the company’s accounting under IAS says.

In the second quarter, this rate grew by 61.1% as compared with the first quarter to 153 billion rubles.

In the first six months of 2013, the capital expenditures in the segment “Geological exploration and extraction” made up 160 billion rubles as compared with 131 billion rubles in the previous year. Conducted operations are mainly connected with the construction of he necessary facilities at fields and the APG utilization system.
