Fitch confirms Gazprom’s rating at BBB with stable forecast

The international agency Fitch confirms Gazprom’s long-term issuer default rating at BBB with a stable forecast. The long-term rating under the national scale is AAA(rus). The confirming of the ratings reflects the expectations of the agency that Gazprom continues making a profit from gas exports to Europe under long-term contracts at least until the middle of 2010-s.
