FAS has bound Rosneft to sell a part of its petrol stations in the Samara region

FAS has revealed the regions where Rosneft shares over 50% in retail oil products trading. They are the Oryol, Smolensk, Tambov, Kostroma, Saratov and Samara regions. FAS has bound Rosneft to sell a part of its petrol stations in these regions. The shares will be declined by 0.07 – 20.25% depending on the region. Rosneft is to hold the tenders within one year from the receipt of the corresponding prescription from FAS.
