Construction of Southern Gas Corridor costs Azerbaijan too much

Southern Gas Corridor remains an enormously expensive project, despite the fall in metal prices and supplies for construction, the European information resource Natural Gas Europe writes.
"For Azerbaijan, Southern Gas Corridor is one of the key projects. This is the future source of the country's revenue from the natural gas and gas condensate export. Since 2018, the deliveries to Turkey should be about 6 billion cubic meters of gas per year, in other countries from 2020 - 10 billion cubic meters," – NGE informs, adding that it is still quite an expensive project.
