Shareholders of "Bashneft" re-elect the board of directors and review the dividends for 2014.

At the annual general meeting the shareholders of "Bashneft" will consider the dividends for 2014, to the payment of which up to 20.07 billion roubles can be directed. The amount of dividends recommended by the Board of Directors of "Bashneft" is 113 roubles per common and preferred share.
Total dividends of "Bashneft" for 2013 amounted to 82.73 billion roubles.
