FAS expresses displeasure with lack of oil products supplies from Belarus

Oil relations between Russia and Belarus have long been one of the main contentious issues. Late last year, after difficult negotiations, the parties have been able to agree on the balance, under which Russia will supply 21 million tons of oil to Minsk in 2015. Then the Russian Ministry of Energy, according to sources, gained an important victory – they achieved promises from their Belarusian colleagues to "return" 2.1 million tons of petroleum products to Russia. Belarusian refineries are located near and produce the required quality of oil products - this is a big plus, especially during the summer peak of the demand for fuel, writes the Kommersant.
