In January - April 2016 polyethylene production in Russia grows by 7%.

Within first four months of 2016 the release of polyethylene (PE) in Russia increased by 7% and amounted to 556.6 thousand tons compared to the same period of 2015. The main production growth has fallen on a high-density polyethylene (HDPE), according to a survey of ScanPlast for MRC.
In April the total volume of polyethylene production in Russia exceeded 128 thousand tons while a month earlier the figure was almost 144.2 thousand tons.
