Bashneft starts reorganizing the system of retail sales.

"Bashneft" has launched a program of its petroleum products retail reorganization. The reorganization provides for the consolidation of the subsidiaries and the affiliated companies, specializing in the retail sales, based on a single legal entity - LLC "Bashneft-Retail."

As the company states, it was created by renaming the LLC "Bashneft-Udmurtia" subsidiary and registered in Ufa (Bashkortostan).

"The purpose of the reorganization – is the efficiency gains in retail sales of petroleum products due to the optimization of administrative costs, harmonization of business processes, the centralization of the business lines of the secondary logistics, the technical operation and the cashless sales - Maxim Andriasov, the first vice-president of "Bashneft" on processing and commerce, stated. – The reorganization, which we plan to complete before the end of this year, will not lead to a decline in employment the retail production staff".

Andrey Brotsman is appointed the General Director of "Bashneft-Retail", who will take office on July 1, 2014.
