NOVATEK to prolong repurchase of securities

A decision on prolongation of a repurchase of securities of NOVATEK until June 7, 2014 with the reservation of a maximum volume and other terms of redemption has been taken at the meeting of the Board of Management of OJSC “NOVATEK”.
A decision on an extension of the repurchase programme shows our confidence in a successful development of our key projects and a realization of a significant potential of the company’s growth, which is not fully reflected in its current market value, in our opinion,” chairman of the Board of Management of OJSC “NOVATEK” L.Mikhelson said.
