Lukoil holds official negotiations about new Kazakh blocks development

Lukoil negotiates with the Kazakh Government about granting of new blocks in the state in long term future, a source in the Ministry of Oil and Gas of Kazakhstan reports.
Lukoil and KazMunai Gas joint develop the structure of Khvalynskoye at the Caspian Sea. Russia and Kazakhstan have included to the plan of joint actions signing of the agreement about the deposit before the end of 2013
