In January-April, the Ukraine decreased gas import by 19.7% to 8.55 billion cubic meters

In January-April, the Ukraine decreased  gas imports by 19.7% as compared to the same period of the last year to 8.55 billion cubic meters, statistics of the Ukrainian’s Ministry of Energy show.

In this period, the gas import decreased by 2.093 billion cubic meters. In April, according to the Ministry, the gas import made up 1.482 billion cubic meters that is by 29.4% less than in the same period of 2012.
