Gazprom doesn’t understand clearly the aim of the antimonopoly investigation of the European Commission and doesn’t exclude that it was started with aim to decrease prices of Russian gas with administrative measures, the Gazprom export’s General Director Alexander Medvedev announced today, speaking at the 8th international conference “Energy Dialogue: Russia and the EC. Gas aspects”.
